New Level of Lazy

Frankly, this is the epitome of lazy and I am terrified for the future after reading this because really??... honestly I know most of us have thought about doing it on cold or rainy days, but in actuality... who does this????

Man fined for walking his dog while driving

A young British man has lost his driver's license for walking his dog along a country road by holding the leash outside the car window while he drove.

Paul Railton, 23, of Annfield Plain in northeast England, had his license suspended for six months and was fined the equivalent of $100 for not being in proper control of a vehicle, the Northern Echo reports.

"He accepts it was a silly thing to do, borne out with an element of laziness," his lawyer told the magistrate.

Police caught the unemployed Railton walking his lurcher after being alerted by a cyclist.
